when to remove raavi or marri chettu and should we leave house

 pradeep joshi says, he should leave house if raavi chettu or marri chettu grows on walls in our house.

he also gives dates to pluck if we dont want to vacate. 

he also says we need to vacate house if we get gabbilam inside house.
